Shipping Costs Within Germany
The shipping cost is €5.95.
We do NOT deliver to packing stations.
Express shipping. For in-stock items (except marked hazardous materials), we deliver within mainland Germany under the following conditions for an increased shipping fee. Express shipping to German islands is unfortunately not possible. When ordering:
- Mon. - Thu., 7:30 - 14:00, delivery on the next working day
- Fri., 7:30 - 14:00, delivery on the next Monday (except holidays)
- Fri. 14:00 - Mon., 7:30 - 14:00, delivery on the next Tuesday
Express shipping costs €9.95 per package up to 31.5 kg. Express shipping is not possible for packages over 31.5 kg.
A few particularly heavy or bulky items are marked in our catalogs. For these items, the price is ex warehouse/factory warehouse. These items can be picked up for free, or we can organize transport. In this case, please just contact us.
If a certain item is not available, information regarding its unavailability and a refund of any received payments will be provided immediately.

Easy Returns
If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, all items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The return from Germany is free of charge, while immediate costs must be covered from abroad.
