We would like to make your return process as simple as possible. If an item does not fit or meet your expectations, you have the opportunity to return any items* purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
And it's this simple:
1. Pack the item with
the original packaging
into the package
2. Fill out the return form
and place it in
the package
3. Apply the return label
to the package
4. Drop off the package at the nearest post office
or parcel shop
and keep the proof of posting
Please note that for an exchange, the new item must be in an unworn, unwashed, and resalable condition.
By the way: Returning items from Germany is free of charge for you! (From abroad, you only bear the direct costs.)
If the return label is not included in the shipment, and it is not a bulky goods, hazardous goods, ammunition, or freight shipment, you can create a return label.
* To print your UPS label, you must enter your tracking number in the text field on the UPS website
If you wish to return bulky goods, hazardous goods, ammunition, or freight shipments, please inform us by phone.
Transport damages must be reported to the carrier immediately for insurance reasons. Any damages must be communicated without delay.

Excluded from return and exchange:
- worn, soiled, and washed items
- custom-made and specially ordered items
- sealed packages (CD, DVD, books, hygiene articles) where the seal was removed
- perishable goods or goods whose expiration date has been reached
- Goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods
In the event of a complaint or repair of used/used goods, please return them to us cleaned and washed.
